Power Platform Designer & Developer

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; hybrid role with a mix of working from home and in-office work.

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Develop scalable architectures and integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and third-party platforms.
• Create reusable components, templates, and design patterns to improve development efficiency and user experience.
• Drive governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and support user adoption.
• Monitor solution performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application design principles.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, and other business platforms.
• Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management practices within Power Platform environments.
• Experience with low-code and pro-code technologies such as Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
