What you will do

• Design, build, and scale self-service Azure capabilities and platform products for internal DevOps teams.
• Improve the developer experience by making Azure services easier, safer, and faster to consume.
• Embed security, compliance, policy, identity, networking, and governance controls into platform services.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale cloud solutions and modernize platforms through infrastructure as code and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate reliable and observable platform services and build reusable templates, APIs, and integration patterns for internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Azure engineering or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft core Azure services, including AKS, VMs, Azure Networking, Azure Monitor, Azure AD and IAM, Azure SQL, and Databricks.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale landing zones according to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform, ARM, Bicep, and PowerShell.
• Experience configuring, managing, and enforcing Azure Policies and governance controls.
• Strong expertise in managing and building Azure Pipelines using YAML.
• Proven ability to build self-service Azure capabilities, reusable platform products, templates, APIs, and integration patterns for internal teams.
• Automation-first mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, growth mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional DevOps, development, and architecture teams.

Nice to have

• Hands-on software development or programming experience.
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AZ-104, AZ-400, and AZ-204.
• CKA, CKAD, or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification.
