Senior World Content Producer (Cyberpunk 2)

Location: Boston, United States; requires working in Boston in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.

Estimated base pay: $101,000–$185,100 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead the development and growth of the production team alongside the Lead World Content Producer.
• Drive design production for gameplay, combat, and moment-to-moment gameplay content.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional development teams to align delivery with the project vision and goals.
• Build cohesive, effective, collaborative teams that can self-organize and solve challenges independently.
• Oversee project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, requirements gathering, production processes, and incremental delivery.
• Coach and mentor producers, remove bottlenecks and obstacles, and support continuous improvement and team growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, including a proven record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
• Experience developing and shipping AAA narrative RPG titles and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience producing gameplay content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization.
• Experience building and growing teams.
• Thorough understanding of technical limitations and game-development pipelines, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps best practices.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and constructive attitude.
• Proficiency with project management tools for streamlining production processes.
