Senior Manager (CTRM)

What you will do

• Lead consulting teams and manage successful CTRM teams.
• Build and maintain executive client relationships in the energy sector.
• Organize complex business problems into clear, actionable plans and drive impactful solutions.
• Execute consulting projects and deliver progressive, successful outcomes.
• Lead the design of CTRM ecosystems and systems architectures, including business intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience and a proven track record of progressive, successful roles and/or project execution.
• Leadership experience building and managing successful CTRM teams.
• Strong executive client relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Industry, consulting, or vendor experience in commodity trading and risk management.
• Knowledge of energy markets, including oil, refined products, natural gas, LNG, and power.
• Expertise in several functional areas, including front, mid, or back office.
• High energy, motivation to collaborate, learn, and improve, and drive to make an impact.
• Ability to organize complex problems into a clear plan of action.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of CTRM packages such as Allegro, Openlink, or RightAngle.
• Familiarity with other applications.
• Experience leading the design of CTRM ecosystems.
• Experience building systems architectures, including business intelligence.
