Salary: 22,700–40,000 PLN per month

What you will do

• Develop and implement the global SOC vision, strategy, roadmap, operations, and capabilities in line with cybersecurity objectives.
• Direct 24/7 security operations coverhirify.global threat monitorhirify.global, detection, incident response, and escalation.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performhirify.global global SOC team across multiple locations.
• Oversee the selection, deployment, and optimization of security monitorhirify.global tools, SIEM solutions, and automation platforms.
• Coordinate responses to major security incidents and collaborate with IT, risk management, compliance, business units, local SOC teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Define SOC KPIs, report to executive leadership, recommend improvements, and represent SOC operations in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, includhirify.global at least 5 years in SOC leadership roles.
• Experience in the financial services sector or another highly regulated sector.
• Experience managhirify.global global teams and complex, cross-border, multi-regional SOC environments.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, SIEM, and security automation.
• Excellent communication, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
