Product Communications Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and execute global integrated product communications, including go-to-market launches and campaigns.
• Support Binance’s broader product strategy and business objectives through communications.
• Position Binance and its products as leaders in their product categories through media opportunities.
• Partner with Product Marketing to align product messaging, campaign strategy, and execution.
• Support and troubleshoot product-related issues, containing, de-escalating, and resolving public and user concerns.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in PR or communications. Experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or consumer technology is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of consumer financial and trading products.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex or technical products and concepts into media- and user-friendly narratives.
• Proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders.
