PR Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid work with at least 12 monthly in-office days.

What you will do

• Own and grow media relations across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Iceland, including media enquiries, story pitching, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly regional PR strategies, monitor media coverage, and manage local PR budgets.
• Draft press materials, localise global assets, and maintain regional messaging documents and photo resources.
• Lead collaboration with external PR agencies, including partner selection, delivery guidance, ROI monitoring, and cost optimisation.
• Drive proactive PR projects and agenda-setting initiatives while collaborating across teams and functions.
• Support crisis communications in line with internal procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in public relations, including building media relationships, developing PR strategies, and delivering regional or market-level communications initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the Swedish media landscape and established newsroom connections.
• Advanced written and spoken Swedish and English, with excellent copywriting and grammar.
• Strong project management, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and prioritisation skills, with a hands-on mindset.
• Experience with crisis communications.
• Exposure to public policy-related projects, international teams, and business-to-government projects.
