Product & Compliance Engineer

Location: Chatsworth Office, United States; on-site

Compensation: $90K–$110K per year

What you will do

• Improve manufacturing processes and product production efficiency in collaboration with the lead Manufacturing Engineer.
• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, reduce assembly and rework times, and investigate component failures.
• Manage engineering changes and help drive measurable manufacturing improvements.
• Refine product packaging and presentation.
• Oversee international compliance requirements, including SABER for Saudi Arabia, and prevent regulatory issues from delaying international shipments.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally with electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of international compliance standards such as SABER, CE, RoHS, or REACH.
• CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks.
• Understanding of technical drawings and PLM systems.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to identify problems early, challenge existing processes, and drive measurable improvements.
• Ability to switch between hands-on manufacturing challenges and detailed compliance work while collaborating across teams to resolve problems.
