Senior Solutions Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Gather client requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance applications, workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Design advanced AI functionality involving natural language processing, generative AI, predictive analytics, data preprocessing, model training, and API or external-system integration.
• Lead innovation initiatives, prototype Copilot Studio applications, track client feedback, and improve existing AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with architecture, product roadmaps, security, governance, compliance, and ethical AI standards.
• Create and maintain requirements, solution design, security, transition, architecture, data-flow, process, reusable-component, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, and Power Pages, covering architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, and migration.
• Expertise architecting and implementing AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Advanced knowledge of NLP, generative AI, OpenAI integration, and predictive analytics.
• Technical proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, database engines, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI-enhanced solutions, workflows, and automations; solution or enterprise architecture; requirement analysis; and business process re-engineering.
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, iterative solution delivery, and product management.
• Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, and operational problems; evaluate options; manage significant activities and resources; and take responsibility for results.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, conceptualization, coordination, and management-of-others skills across multiple organizational levels and locations.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills and ability to perform sedentary computer-based work with occasional movement around the office.

Nice to have

• C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and CRM SDK experience.
