About the Role

You will build and maintain low-latency trading components close to the market. You will develop order-management systems, feed handlers, strategy execution, networking and parsing pipelines, exchange connectivity, and latency profiling and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Production experience building OMS, feed handlers, or strategy logic
• Rust, including asynchronous and synchronous or bare-metal Rust
• Low-level networking, socket programming, protocol implementation, and latency-aware design
• Fast parsing of binary protocols and custom formats
• Production FIX protocol and WebSocket connectivity
• Distributed systems and state synchronization

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain order management systems
• Design and optimize high-throughput market-data feed handlers
• Implement strategy logic and integrate it with execution infrastructure
• Build low-level networking and protocol-parsing code
• Develop fast parsing pipelines for market data and order flow
• Implement exchange connectivity using FIX, WebSocket, and proprietary protocols
• Profile latency, benchmark systems, and improve performance continuously
