What you will do

• Support the hirify.global Data Business during a 10-week internship.
• Work on a real-world project with practical business impact.
• Research topics, synthesize information, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Identify new product opportunities across financial markets, technology, and market research.
• Apply generative AI, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled workflows to research, analysis, ideation, and product innovation.
• Participate in mentoring, networking with senior colleagues, meetings with senior leaders, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester at an accredited college or university and on track to graduate.
• Degree pursuit in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to research a topic, synthesize information, and communicate clear recommendations.
• Proactive, responsive team mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-motivation, results-driven approach, and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Natural curiosity and interest in financial markets, technology, market research, and identifying new product opportunities.
• Comfort with emerging technologies and AI tools, plus interest in applying generative AI to research, analysis, ideation, and product innovation.
• Technology-forward mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
