Senior Environment Concept Artist (Cyberpunk 2)

What you will do

• Create high-quality, creative, and original environment concept art for Cyberpunk 2.
• Work with Art Directors and other directors to establish the game's vision and visual direction.
• Collaborate with artists and other departments to share information, develop ideas, and solve production problems.
• Participate in peer feedback sessions, reviews, and iterative improvements.
• Maintain the production pipeline and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Concept Artist in game development.
• In-depth knowledge of the Cyberpunk genre and RPGs, with a passion for environment design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively share creative ideas and concepts.
• Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in realistic and sci-fi environment concept art, mood paintings, 3D environment designs, blockouts and paintovers, keyframes, and fast ideation sketches such as storyboards.
• A solid background in traditional art, such as industrial design, landscape painting, or illustration, with core foundational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of both 2D and 3D design software.
• Openness to constant feedback and knowledge sharing with other concept artists.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams online across different time zones.
