Industrial Work Package Responsible (Aerospace)

Location: Marseille Area; based at the Marignane, France site, with frequent travel to suppliers and innovation project partners.

A major aerospace manufacturer developing and producing helicopters, flying demonstrators, and rotorcraft technologies.

What you will do

• Lead industrialization for prototype parts, including supplies, tooling, production means, and technical documentation, from preliminary design through prototype manufacturing.
• Coordinate supplier selection with Procurement and monitor Aero and Non-Aero suppliers for flying parts, tooling, and ground demonstrators.
• Pilot work preparation for Mechanical, Electrical, Structure, and Prototype Shop activities while ensuring compliance with hirify.global DO/PO processes.
• Benchmark, consolidate, and track prototype costs at aircraft level using EVM, and drive Design to Cost campaigns.
• Monitor non-conformities and deviations while coordinating Design Office, Quality, Production, SCQM, and supplier stakeholders.
• Verify the classification and compliance of export-control data in VPM, Windchill, SAP, and internal networks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an industrial technician or industrial responsible on complex products.
• Technical degree at Bachelor+3 level or equivalent, supported by significant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace products, manufacturing stages, and dynamic components, including gearboxes.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 standard module and PLM tools such as VPM.
• Solid experience in supplier management.
• Technical English.
• Agility, resilience, and adaptability in a changing and complex environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and embrace uncertainty.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and soft-management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
