Compensation Analyst (Executive Compensation)

What you will do

• Support analysts by inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies.
• Deliver data and research on executive compensation systems and management board remuneration in European markets.
• Analyze executive remuneration and pay practices for assigned markets.
• Apply the established methodology for pay-for-performance analysis and qualitative assessment of listed companies.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Fluent French.
• A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research, and data collection.
• Strong attention to detail and good command of Excel.
• Ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently, take initiative, and contribute as a team player.
• Organized and structured approach.

• Arabic language skills.
