Payroll Consultant Foreign Employers (Belgian Payroll)

Location: Hybrid role based in Antwerp, Leuven, Mechelen, Brussels, or Vilvoorde, Belgium

What you will do

• Manage Belgian payroll for SME clients and provide expert advice.
• Monitor, calculate, and verify client wages.
• Advise clients on employment-related questions concerning their employees.
• Build expertise in payroll processes and Belgian social legislation.
• Connect hirify.global services to client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
• A positive, optimistic, and enthusiastic mindset.
• Comfort working with numbers and solving problems.

Nice to have

• French, German, or Chinese as a third language.
• Previous Belgian payroll experience; training is available through the SME Campus for candidates new to Belgian payroll.
