Legal Assistant (iGaming)

Location: Full-time office-based position in Limassol, Cyprus

Company

Product company developing an in-house technological ecosystem and platform for the iGaming space.

What you will do

• Review and check service provider agreements for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate contract execution, maintain contract registers, and monitor renewal and termination dates.
• Assist with KYC checks for third-party vendors and ongoing vendor management.
• Support corporate administration and related documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc legal and administrative projects.
• Check and verify documentation before final approval.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or relevant legal education.
• Business-level English with confident communication and the ability to work with legal documentation in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with documents, registers, and deadlines.
• Motivation to develop within an in-house Legal Department.
