Principal Security Consultant - Penetration Testing

What you will do

• Conduct penetration testing and related security activities while leading a POD of testers.
• Manage security engagements from kick-off through testing, reporting, and client debriefs.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic clients, build consultative relationships, and support presales activities.
• Produce thorough reports and provide technical explanations to executive audiences.
• Mentor Security Consultants, lead testing activities, and contribute to team and process improvement.
• Support development of security service lines, technologies, methodologies, and technical research.

Requirements

• At least 48 months of relevant IT security industry experience within the past 5 years.
• Experience in penetration testing and managing and delivering penetration testing engagements.
• Experience in application, infrastructure, cloud using Azure or AWS, mobile on Android and iOS, and social engineering engagements.
• Strong technical skills in source code review, AI, IoT, SDLC, vessel, and/or blockchain engagements.
• Experience leading security testing activities and supporting strategic clients.
• CREST CCSAM, CCSAS, OSCE3, or equivalent IT security certification.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to executive audiences and to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Ability to lead, teach, present, and inspire the wider team.
