About the Role
We are recruiting for a beauty technology platform that helps beauty professionals manage their businesses and connect with customers. The company is expanding into Nigeria, and we are putting together a small team to support the launch and growth of the platform.
Your goal is to attract and onboard beauticians, bring customers onto the platform, build partnerships, and grow their presence in Nigeria.

Main responsibility: Attracting beauticians and customers to the business through online channels.
We need someone who understands how to promote a new product or startup and attract its first set of users.

What the person will do:
- Plan and manage online campaigns to attract beauticians and customers to the business.
- Plan content for social media and other online platforms.
- Work with content creators and influencers to promote the business.
- Create and manage campaigns that encourage people to sign up and use the platform.
- Explore online communities and other channels where beauticians and potential customers can be reached.
- Track campaign results, including enquiries, sign-ups, etc.

Experience to look out for:
- Experience promoting a startup, launching a new product, or growing a brand online.
- Experience with social media, content planning, and online campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers or content creators.
- Ability to come up with practical ideas for attracting new users and track what works.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or similar industries would be an advantage.

The ideal candidates should be comfortable working in a growing fast moving environment where they may need to implement ideas, learn quickly, and find creative ways to attract new users.
