Communication Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop and drive communication plans and activities aligned with BU Gripen’s strategy and priorities.
• Provide communication support and counsel to the Head of BU Gripen and the BU leadership team.
• Plan and produce communication content for internal and external channels, including messages, presentations, and leadership materials.
• Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives, as well as managers and project leaders with communication activities.
• Support conferences and leadership events.
• Coordinate communication activities ranging from major business initiatives to day-to-day organizational support.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in strategic and operational communication.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages.
• Experience supporting leaders and management teams with communication and change management.
• Proactive, service-minded, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to pass security vetting under applicable security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
