Internal Communication Specialist (Naval Combat Systems)

Location: Solna, Sweden. On-site position. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

What you will do

• Develop internal communication initiatives aligned with the Naval Combat Systems business plan and strategic priorities.
• Advise the Business Unit Naval Combat Systems Management Team and key stakeholders on communication.
• Plan, create, and manage communication activities, campaigns, and content across internal channels.
• Support leadership communication and organizational change initiatives.
• Coordinate communication with the wider Business Area Naval communication function and network.
• Measure communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of internal communication experience in a larger company, organization, or communication agency.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies and activities.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English and Swedish.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, structured working methods, creativity, business understanding, and confidence advising leaders.
