Data Analyst (iGaming Finance)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; full-time work in the office in New Belgrade.

What you will do

• Prepare reports for traders and other stakeholders based on business requests and reporting requirements.
• Reconcile successful and unsuccessful transactions, monitor PSP balances, and compare internal records with PSP reports.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in transaction statuses, amounts, balances, and commissions.
• Prepare reconciliation documents and support the resolution of identified issues.
• Review reporting formats and suggest improvements to reporting processes and financial system functionality.
• Work with the team to ensure accurate reporting and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Confident use of MS Excel and Google Sheets for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working with structured data and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with PSPs, payment systems, transaction processing, or financial reconciliation.
• Familiarity with financial databases and reporting systems.
• Understanding of system architecture and technical processes.
