Full-Stack Engineer - Credit Team

What you will do

• Work with Product, Risk, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, challenge assumptions, and design pragmatic solutions.
• Own features from initial discussions through production rollout.
• Build customer-facing credit features, underwriting automation, internal tools, and configurable capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve the system.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and technical direction.

Requirements

• Experience building production software.
• Ability to turn features into executable plans.
• Experience building backend systems.
• Comfort working directly with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity about the product, the business, and the people using it.
• Ability to hirify.global pragmatism with long-term thinking.
