Senior Content Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote worldwide; typically hired as an independent contractor outside Austin, Texas

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year plus profit share

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's brand voice and maintain messaging consistency.
• Write and edit press materials, blog content, marketing materials, internal content, and external content.
• Ghostwrite for executives, including the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Develop thought leadership and contributed content, including editorial articles and responses to media requests.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices, manage editorial calendars, and monitor traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Identify content gaps, conduct audits, maintain a content inventory, collaborate across teams on content ideas, and produce white papers for industry events.

Requirements

• Strong technical or industry background, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop a clear and compelling strategy for inspiring and engaging the audience.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to adapt content style, tone, and format to different channels and platforms.

Nice to have

• 10–20 years of experience.
• Editorial experience, such as experience with technology publications.
