Content Manager (GEO)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite at the employer's workplace with a hybrid option

What you will do

• Transform internal expertise, project experience, and existing materials into structured, reusable content assets.
• Create case studies, industry and technology materials, company credentials, proposals, RFP responses, website pages, articles, presentations, and one-pagers.
• Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to capture technical details, business context, and practical insights.
• Develop and optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization and AI-powered search platforms using search intent, buyer questions, FAQs, and structured formats.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools to support research, drafting, editing, and scalable content production while validating facts and correcting AI-generated inaccuracies.
• Maintain a content roadmap and reusable content library while collaborating with presales, consultants, architects, delivery teams, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in content writing, content marketing, technical writing, SEO content, knowledge management, or a similar role.
• Ability to create business content beyond long-form articles, including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and commercial materials.
• Professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong research, fact-checking, editorial judgment, and ability to understand complex technical and business topics.
• Understanding of search intent, keywords, headings, internal linking, on-page optimization, and independent priority management.

Nice to have

• Experience with GEO, AEO, AI search optimization, or generative search engines.
• Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, consulting, technology, or professional services companies.
• Experience with presales, sales enablement, consulting teams, case studies, proposals, or RFP responses.
• Experience writing for US audiences and familiarity with CRM and enterprise technology ecosystems, including Salesforce.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, content research tools, and content performance metrics.
