FP&A Analyst Corporate Functions (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and P&L performance management for Central Functions.
• Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, actionable insights, and commercial guidance to executive leadership, business owners, and functional heads.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, investment appraisals, and benefits tracking for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Manage cost ownership, cost optimisation, headcount planning, workforce costs, and financial governance across projects, programmes, vendors, software licensing, managed services, outsourcing, and procurement.
• Drive AI, automation, digital technology, process improvement, financial transparency, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, executive presentations, and analysis while ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance, including business partnering.
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and financial governance processes.
• Strong experience developing business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams and influencing strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial data and deliver meaningful performance insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Experience working within a large international organisation.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision support.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisational, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights and drive accountability.
• Experience driving process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency initiatives, with a collaborative, adaptable, and customer-service-oriented approach.
