Senior Manager, Pricing Sharpness

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead price sharpness audits, sample hirify.global products for comparable-seller benchmarking, generate reports, and maintain and upgrade audit templates.
• Investigate audit failures, identify root causes, and work with relevant stakeholders to remediate process issues.
• Build and improve standard operating procedures for team members.
• Provide periodic best-practice and knowledge-sharing sessions on audit techniques and observations.
• Perform internal peer reviews, document corrective actions, and manage other ad-hoc financial programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process setup, operations, and audit.
• Ability to perform operational processes within required timelines.
• Ability to understand and apply standards and policies, demonstrate deep process understanding, and fix process defects.
• Excel skills.
• English ability is required for the role.

Nice to have

• SQL skills.
• Power BI skills.
