Distribution Quality Control Associate (Music Distribution)

Location: Fully remote, but applicants must be based in the Philippines; Manila, Philippines

Compensation: ₱45,000 per month; work on public holidays is compensated at a higher rate.

What you will do

• Review and approve music releases against formatting, quality, and distribution compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve takedowns, disputes, content mismatches, and other distribution-related issues.
• Manage music metadata to ensure complete, accurate information aligned with platform guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical and delivery challenges during the distribution process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline and optimize distribution workflows.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in music distribution, quality assurance, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in music metadata management and a strong understanding of the digital music industry.
• Ability to work during public holidays, including higher-rate compensated holiday work.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekend shifts and availability throughout the holiday season.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Passion for music.
• The initial contract lasts 3 months, with possible conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.
