Advertisement Operations Executive (AdTech)

What you will do

• Own the Ad Manager product, including setup, configuration, and ongoing management.
• Support the advertising strategy and help develop banner ad packages and new commercial products for clients.
• Build and deliver commercial and internal display projects in collaboration with Programme Managers.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, reporting results to Programme Management and Sales.
• Manage the Live Ops email/display bookings tool, inventory forecasting, and inventory management.
• Oversee programmatic operations, optimize open-marketplace eCPM, and improve advertisement placement with Product and Development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Advertisement Operations, ideally including ad server management.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with different teams to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns for strong performance.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Highly organized and motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
• Passion for learning new skills.
