Design Engineer (ASIC)

Location: USA-Colorado-Fort Collins-4380 Ziegler Road; onsite. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Annual base salary: USD 61,900.00–99,000.00.

hirify.global's ASIC Products Division creates CMOS ASICs for AI, cellular, networking, computing, and storage products.

What you will do

• Design complex standard-cell and custom blocks for high-speed ASICs exceeding 2GHz, from concept through product release.
• Perform chip and block floor planning, routing, timing analysis, and timing closure in mission and test modes.
• Integrate memories, SerDes, I/O, test structures, and clocking structures.
• Conduct physical verification to support error-free artwork and mask release.
• Analyze power, area, performance, timing closure, power integrity, and signal integrity tradeoffs.
• Communicate with customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and debug complex design issues during and after release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver quality designs.
• Hands-on experience taking integrated circuit designs from concept through product release.
