Talent Producer (Studio & Content Production)

Location: London, England. Studio-based role requiring in-person presence with the Instructor at the studio and control room, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end creative and executional lifecycle of approved programming for assigned Instructors, from concept briefing and research through in-studio execution.
• Lead editorial preparation and execution for Instructor content across hirify.global channels, including social initiatives.
• Prepare content plans, scripts, and creative briefs with Instructors in line with hirify.global’s brand voice and production standards.
• Provide primary production support in the control room during live and recorded sessions and ensure smooth execution on the studio floor.
• Coordinate between Instructors, the Studio Control Room, planning teams, and production crews, resolving issues during production.
• Provide real-time feedback, review assessment decks, support Instructor brand and performance strategies, and use class data and member feedback to identify content improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in production, broadcast, or creative roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with on-camera talent and production crews.
• Strong writing, research, and editorial skills, including the ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, specifically in a daily live broadcast setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for fitness and storytelling.
• Ability to work flexible, often unsociable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work on the ground at the studio and follow the Instructor’s schedule in person.
