Senior Mobile Developer (Kotlin and Android SDK)

What you will do

• Build and evolve modern Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for infrastructure projects involving roads, bridges, and airports.
• Define and promote best practices for architecture, testing, and code quality.
• Lead code reviews and technical discussions, and make autonomous technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver reliable features.
• Monitor application performance and contribute to scalable architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Fluent English and the ability to work comfortably with distributed teams in English.
• Solid experience with Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Practical knowledge of Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Room, and dependency injection with Hilt or Dagger.
• Good understanding of mobile architecture and testing practices.
• Clear communication, autonomy, and confidence in technical decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture or similar scalable approaches.
• Production experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, or Google Play Console.
• Experience with feature flag tools and release management workflows.
