DevSecOps Automation Engineer (Oracle/AWS)

Support secure computing architecture and brokerage services for a long-term federal contract.

What you will do

• Provide Oracle Middleware services for contractors and government employees supporting secure computing architecture and brokerage services.
• Administer Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle HTTP Server, WebLogic FMW, Oracle databases, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Directory Services, Apache web server software, Tomcat, Red Hat application servers, and SQL Server.
• Lead and support middleware application migrations from on-premises environments to AWS using Oracle native tools and AWS DMS, including work with AWS RDS, Oracle databases, and databases on EC2.
• Install, configure, and replicate Oracle Directory Services, including OID and OUD, across multiple sites.
• Support SAFe workflows, cloud service implementation and management, security controls continuous monitoring, RMF, security risk impact analysis, vulnerability management, POA&M closures, FedRAMP coordination, and DoD cloud or hybrid certification.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, training, process improvement, and collaboration for government personnel and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Computing Environment Certification, such as Oracle Certified Master, WebLogic Server 11g Admin, Oracle Certified Expert, or Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Admin.
• Information Assurance Technical II (IAT-2) qualification, including CompTIA Security+.
• At least 5 years of experience with DoDAF, FEAF, DoD Authority to Operate, DoD Zero Trust, application refactoring, complex enterprise-level cloud environments, Fusion Middleware administration, DoD information system development processes, and configuration and change management.
• Experience with AWS cloud offerings at Commercial, FedRAMP High, and DoD Impact Levels 2, 4, and 5.
• Experience with web server, application server, database administration, Oracle and Microsoft toolsets, networking, and related devices.
• Excellent customer service, organization, writing, verbal communication, attention to detail, and issue escalation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in plain language at Officer, Senior Enlisted, and GS levels; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; and resolve conflicts independently.
• Familiarity with information security and assurance principles and supporting technologies.

Nice to have

• Top Secret Clearance.
• Relevant Oracle, AWS, or Azure certification.
• Additional IAT-2 qualifications, including CAP, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GCIH, or GSLC.
