Senior LMS Integration and AI Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

Salary: €3,990–€4,830 under a B2B contract, or €2,150–€2,450 net under a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute technical, integration, and AI workstream plans aligned with the overall delivery strategy.
• Lead day-to-day delivery by coordinating technical resources, solution partners, and suppliers.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing updates and escalations to the IT Delivery Lead.
• Oversee technical designs, interface specifications, engineering deliverables, validation, and quality assurance for GxP-regulated systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end interface delivery, defect resolution, operational readiness, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners.
• Support automation and AI-assisted engineering, technical cutover, hypercare, and transition through LMS go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technical delivery, specifically in LMS or comparable SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in APIs, middleware, interface design, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
• Extensive experience delivering technical components within validated GxP environments, including traceability, testing evidence, and inspection readiness.
• Strong leadership coordinating solution architects, engineers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of non-functional requirements, including security, performance, and operational stability.
• Practical experience applying automation and AI tools to technical engineering processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience managing detailed workstream plans.
• Fluent English and fluent Portuguese.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Cornerstone or similar enterprise LMS implementation experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Relevant cloud, architecture, or engineering certifications.
