Product Manager – Mobile & Multi-Location POS (Belarus, Minsk)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid work with three days per week in an NRS office.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for mobile merchant experiences and multi-location POS capabilities, from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Engage with merchants and staff to understand workflows, operational pain points, and unmet needs.
• Define product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Prioritize the roadmap using customer insights, market trends, product analytics, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, support, and executive leadership to drive product-market fit, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience leading mobile features and experiences.
• Strong experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users, with a focus on usability and operational simplicity.
• Exceptional product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with high ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work hybrid from an NRS office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the POS space.
• Familiarity with ordering, payments, inventory management, or loyalty.
