Product Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Onsite in Minsk, Belarus

Product company developing an e-commerce platform and marketplace comparable to Amazon and Walmart, with millions of products, hundreds of thousands of active customers, and web, iOS, and Android applications.

What you will do

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics.
• Identify product growth opportunities.
• Design and conduct surveys, interviews, experiments, and A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Facilitate new features from initial idea through solution testing.
• Write and coordinate tasks for designers and software engineers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in international IT product management; SaaS or e-commerce experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with product analytics, including preparing reports in GA4 or formulating clear requests for analysts.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with software engineering teams.
• Successful experience conducting user research.
• Advanced English reading and writing skills.
