Working Student People Analytics (Power BI)

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid remote/office

What you will do

• Prepare, validate, and maintain HR data for reporting and analytics.
• Build, update, and test Power BI dashboards providing workforce insights.
• Support recurring reporting activities and dashboard refresh cycles.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable reporting outputs.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations in collaboration with the People Analytics team.
• Document dashboard logic, data sources, and reporting processes for knowledge sharing and sustainability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with availability to work 20 hours per week.
• Practical experience with Power BI and strong Microsoft Excel skills gained through coursework, projects, internships, or part-time work.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex datasets and identify trends and insights.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to data validation, documentation, and process improvement.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international virtual team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, data modelling, or Alteryx Designer.
