Senior DevOps Engineers (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and modernise AWS cloud infrastructure for international payment platforms and financial services applications.
• Develop and optimise Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift environments, including containerised production platforms.
• Support Linux production environments and develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Implement Grafana and Prometheus monitoring, troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues, and improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Support cloud migrations and collaborate with international software development, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience and advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform or Infrastructure as Code, and Ansible or similar configuration management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerisation, including Docker or OpenShift.
• Ability to script with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with Grafana or Prometheus monitoring, networking, and infrastructure security.
• Experience supporting enterprise production systems and working with international engineering teams.
• Strong English at B2+/C1 level.

• Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure DevOps, AKS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Google Cloud Platform experience, including GKE and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Payments, banking, or fintech experience.
• Experience with large, business-critical production platforms, high availability, and distributed infrastructure.
• Cloud migrations, infrastructure modernisation, GitOps, and automated deployments.
• Experience in global technology organisations or shared services centres.
• Jira, Confluence, or Agile experience.
