What you will do

• Assess regulatory outcomes across key Private Wealth Management Operations processes through outcome-based testing.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into testing objectives, methodologies and procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities, strengthen processes and inform future testing priorities.
• Modernize testing by simplifying, standardizing and automating activities.
• Apply AI, data and BI capabilities to research, analysis, testing, reporting and decision-making.
• Report insights, trends and emerging themes to leadership while collaborating with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Engineering.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role, preferably including regulatory change and assurance, quality assurance, process testing, consulting or compliance.
• Strong command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting regulatory or policy requirements and translating them into practical testing objectives and steps.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, reporting and process improvement, plus curiosity about practical and responsible AI and BI applications.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality, documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across functions, locations and levels of seniority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
