Salary: EUR 70,417.40–95,270.60 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage the Rest of World Learning & Performance roadmap, aligning priorities, sequencing, and deployment plans with OUS GCCI strategy and market needs.
• Coordinate global capability deployments, product knowledge support, market enablement, and capability plans across multiple markets.
• Assess market capability maturity, demand, readiness, feedback, diagnostics, and performance insights to target support and adjust implementation plans.
• Lead deployment and reinforcement of priority initiatives, strengthening manager-led coaching, adoption, and sustained usage in daily routines.
• Coordinate local Learning & Performance resources and build connected communities with market Commercial, HR, and global Learning & Performance stakeholders.
• Identify emerging skill needs and support modern, digital, and AI-enabled learning approaches.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of business experience; or Master’s degree and 4 years of business experience; or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of business experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or programmes in a complex, matrixed environment, including coordinating and coaching colleagues across markets.

• Experience in commercial capability, learning and performance, field excellence, or a related customer-facing capability area in a multinational environment.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organisation without direct authority.
• Data-informed experience diagnosing capability needs, prioritising interventions, and demonstrating adoption and business impact.
• Experience applying digital, AI-enabled, or modern learning approaches.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with cultural fluency across diverse markets.
