Compensation & Benefits Manager, International Region

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

What you will do

• Design, implement, communicate, and manage compensation and benefits programs across an international region covering more than 15 countries, including the UK, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark data, manage benefits vendors, lead international pension programs, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide C&B guidance and best practices to managers and HR business partners, including education, communication materials, change management plans, guides, FAQs, and digital content.
• Lead cross-functional C&B projects, write policies, improve processes, and support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes through due diligence, integration planning, and harmonization analysis.
• Use data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and produce reports and metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Lead and guide the Compensation and Benefits team while collaborating with global Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a global software company.
• Experience managing regional compensation and benefits programs and leading country-specific benefits programs.
• Experience designing, implementing, and communicating compensation and benefits programs.
• Experience educating, mentoring, and training business leaders and HR professionals on compensation and benefits topics.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures, with in-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong project management, quantitative analysis, critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and business partnership skills.
• Hands-on, self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, discreet, and able to make data-informed judgments in a fast-paced environment.
