Compensation & Benefits Manager, Israel, EMEA & APAC

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid hirify.global-FLEX model with 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work each week.

What you will do

• Design, implement, communicate, and manage compensation and benefits programs across an international region covering more than 15 countries, including the UK, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
• Analyze market trends, benchmark data, program effectiveness, metrics, and reports to support competitive programs and data-driven decisions.
• Lead benefits and international pension programs, including governance, vendor management, implementation, employee communications, and compliance with local regulations.
• Partner with global Centers of Excellence, external vendors, managers, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams on programs, best practices, change management, and employee education.
• Manage cross-C&B projects, policies, process improvements, operational excellence, and compensation and benefits due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Lead the C&B team and improve employee and HR experiences through automation, AI-enabled solutions, process simplification, and digital self-service tools.

Requirements

• B.A. in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• 7+ years of Compensation and Benefits experience in a global software company.
• Experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, including leading country-specific benefits programs.
• Experience designing, implementing, and communicating Compensation and Benefits programs.
• Experience educating, mentoring, and training business leaders and HR professionals on Compensation and Benefits topics.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures, with in-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, project management skills, quantitative analytical capabilities, critical thinking, business acumen, curiosity about market dynamics, self-direction, energy, discretion, judgment, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
