Manager, Compensation & Benefits, Israel, EMEA & APAC

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days working from the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

What you will do

• Design, implement, communicate, and manage compensation and benefits programs across Israel, EMEA, APAC, and more than 15 countries.
• Analyze market trends, benchmark data, program effectiveness, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead benefits and international pension programs, including governance, benchmarking, vendor management, implementation, compliance, and employee communications.
• Advise managers and HR business partners, provide best practices, lead change management, and develop guides, FAQs, and digital content.
• Manage cross-functional C&B projects, policies, process improvements, operational excellence, and support for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Lead the C&B team and collaborate with global Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR experiences through automation, AI-enabled solutions, process simplification, and digital self-service.

Requirements

• B.A. in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a global software company.
• Experience managing regional compensation and benefits programs and leading country-specific benefits programs.
• Experience designing, implementing, and communicating compensation and benefits programs.
• Experience educating, mentoring, and training business leaders and HR professionals on compensation and benefits topics.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures, with in-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong project management, quantitative analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, business judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, curious about market dynamics, and able to partner effectively with business leaders and HR.
