Sportsbook Planning Specialist

What you will do

• Create sportsbook markets manually and automatically in accordance with local compliance regulations and agreed SLAs.
• Monitor event start and closing times, live scheduling, feed quality, and feed selection to support efficient live data delivery.
• Settle markets manually and automatically, resolve conflicts, and handle escalations including bet resettlements, voided bets, feed-quality issues, and in-play trading conflicts.
• Build live scheduling rotations and assignments around the sporting calendar to maintain planned resources and 24/7 coverage.
• Create and maintain detailed process guidelines and documentation, and investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Control & Compliance stakeholders to ensure event markets meet regulatory and integrity requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar operational role within sports betting and knowledge of the sporting calendar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to strict timelines and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative when handling operational problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Proactive, self-driven, and motivated approach.
• Flexibility and willingness to work variable shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
