What you will do

• Prepare regional PCAOB accounts payable controls and ensure compliance with PCAOB requirements.
• Perform monthly GRIR analysis, propose write-offs, and assess accounts payable balance sheet accounts for accuracy and reconciliation.
• Prepare governance, daily, weekly, and monthly accounts payable reports; analyze performance during governance calls and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze AP starter kits, duplicate payments, and purchase-order mismatches using Celonis.
• Monitor vendor ledgers, create debit notes, post manual AP journal entries in BlackLine, and monitor payment processes.
• Manage relationships with the top 50 global business stakeholders and critical trade vendors while collaborating with procurement and AP finance teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
