What you will do

• Lead large-scale fund, sub-fund, and share-class launches and fund migrations into the transfer agency area for new and existing clients.
• Coordinate multiple teams, including transfer agency, fund accounting, and custody.
• Review fund documentation and assist clients with drafting prospectuses, articles, and application forms.
• Build transfer agency operating models and coordinate fund setup on transfer agency platforms.
• Deliver funds and fund events, including restructures, name or cycle changes, and liquidations, into production environments.
• Train operations teams on new fund models, act as a reference for day-to-day queries, and support project delivery.

Requirements

• Able to lead large-scale fund launches and fund migrations into the transfer agency area.
• Able to coordinate multiple teams across transfer agency, fund accounting, custody, and related functions.
• Comfortable reviewing fund documentation and assisting clients with drafting.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and other external parties.
• Familiarity with a broad range of fund types across multiple domiciles, including ELTIFs, RAIF-SIF, UCITS, private equity, and real estate funds.
• Able to build transfer agency operating models and coordinate fund setup on transfer agency platforms.
• Able to deliver funds and fund events into production environments and train operations teams on new fund models.
• Strong analytical, consultative, communication, judgment, and project leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Multifonds.
• Fluent German.
• Knowledge of retrocessions and trailer fees.
• High-level technical knowledge, including system migrations, advanced Excel, and testing.
• Prior transfer agency operational knowledge in AML, registration, dealing, and cash.
