Graphic Designer, Business Development (Aerospace)

hirify.global is a fast-growing aerospace startup that manufactures satellite buses at scale using software, vertical integration, and manufacturing-designed hardware.

What you will do

• Create and edit graphics and images for RFIs, RFPs, and other new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team by developing slide decks for current and prospective customers across U.S. government, commercial, and international government markets.
• Oversee the proposal development graphics library, including content updates and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Brand Design and participate in a cross-functional design collective spanning Brand/Marketing, Business Development, and UX.
• Translate technical concepts from subject-matter experts into clear graphics and illustrations.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality work on schedule while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience supporting a technical product and general business or administrative content.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, Business Development, and marketing teams under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills across synchronous, asynchronous, in-person, and virtual settings.
• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback; coachable and team-oriented.
• Eligible to work under U.S. export-control requirements by qualifying as a U.S. Person or obtaining the required export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Figma experience.
• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets.
