What you will do

• Oversee P2P operations across Asia, including invoice and payment processes, accounting, compliance, and financial controls.
• Oversee O2C operations across Asia, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, credit management, and receivables risk.
• Guide BPO-delivered P2P and O2C operations, maintain process documentation, monitor execution, and resolve operational or control issues.
• Improve and standardize business processes by leveraging data and exploring automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with overseas offices, global teams, business functions, and other regions on operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations, with strong knowledge of O2C/AR, P2P/AP processes, and Korean VAT.
• Practical SAP experience in a finance environment.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues and drive them through resolution.
• Effective English communication skills for working across business teams, BPO partners, and regional or global stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of domestic and international internal and external stakeholders and collaborate on problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience overseeing outsourced finance operations or working with BPO or shared-service organizations.
• Experience in a regional or multinational finance environment, including intercompany or cross-border operations.
• Experience participating in finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using Excel, BI tools, or similar applications.
• Japanese language skills.
