Senior Software Development Engineer (C#.Net / MS SQL)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, scalable solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and data layers.
• Translate business requirements, designs, and wireframes into responsive, accessible, performant, and maintainable applications.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute technical input to solution, architecture, and design decisions.
• Support deployments, releases, production implementation, and resolution of complex production issues.
• Assess and improve application and database performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and security, including monitoring and query tuning.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, engineering best practices, teammate training, and AI-powered automation or intelligent solutions for customer engagements.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• At least 4 years of software development experience in the technology industry.
• Experience developing applications with C#/.NET, SQL, REST APIs, and NPM; experience with serverless functions, preferably Azure Functions.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions to improve software quality, accelerate development, enhance troubleshooting, and drive innovation.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, intelligent agents, and automation.
• Comfort working in an Agile environment with active communication, feedback, and flexibility.
• Comfort working directly with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers from different cultures.
• Team-player attitude, high initiative, and ability to learn and become proficient quickly as technologies and priorities change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, English verbal, and English written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Web application development experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with reporting, business intelligence, and analytics technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, or Databricks.
