Affiliate BD - APAC (Blockchain)

Location: Hong Kong, South Korea, or Taiwan. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; this may vary depending on the nature of the role and team.

What you will do

• Identify, source, and onboard affiliates, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, publishers, affiliate networks, and other strategic partners.
• Build relationships with existing partners, provide support and resources, and improve partner engagement, conversion rates, and channel output.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, commission structures, and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve partnership, tracking, campaign, and operational issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve acquisition efficiency, conversion, and user activation.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build connections and expand the partner pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Internet product growth or channel development.
• Ability to understand customer needs and identify user growth solutions from a user growth and channel operations perspective.
• Bilingual English and Korean communication skills are required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Self-driven mindset, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong cross-department coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in blockchain, finance, Internet product user growth, or channel development.
• Familiarity with the Korean market, including local crypto communities, KOL landscape, and growth channels.
