Senior Affiliate Manager (Cryptocurrency)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 3 times per week.

What you will do

• Own revenue targets for the partner portfolio and report performance weekly.
• Build growth plans for top partners, including placements, promotions, product launches, Black Friday, and gated affiliate campaigns.
• Recruit new affiliates and identify Tier 1 partners, with a focus on AI tools and fintech applications.
• Lead the full sales cycle, negotiate commission-based agreements, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Represent hirify.global at industry conferences such as Token2049 and Paris Blockchain Week to source and close new partners.
• Develop business plans, model complex CPA and revenue-share structures, validate profitability, and provide input into the affiliate program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Business Development, with a track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience closing commission-based deals, defending margins in negotiations, prospecting independently, and handling rejection.
• Experience managing a high-revenue partner portfolio with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to improve everyday workflow efficiency.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and self-custody principles.
• Established professional network of crypto affiliates and creators.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FinTech or Cryptocurrency sectors is strongly preferred.
• French language skills.
